Introducing the Wunderladen Racing rear motor mount for the 11th gen Honda Civic (all trims)! One of the advantages of our mount is that it uses more bushing material than other mounts, which helps to extend bushing life. The bushings are also staggered stiffnesses which helps to reduce the amount of NVH transmitted to the vehicle.

The mount is machined from billet 6061 aluminum and is offered with 2 different options for bushing stiffness, street and race. The street bushings have an average durometer rating of 75A and the race bushings have an average durometer rating of 90A. Bushings are both available in either red or black color. As with all of our in house products it is manufactured entirely in the USA!

Exceptional

This is the de facto standard for how aftermarket Rear Motor Mounts should perform. I’ve spoken with many people who have RMMs from a competing brand who claim it didn’t perform as expected or the NVH was entirely too harsh. In this case, after the 200 mile break in period you not only stop having the NVH, you also maintain an extremely imperceptible amount of engine flex. I have the street version by the way. I honestly would have purchased the racing version if I knew this item would perform this well because the street version has such a small amount of NVH after break - in, that a slight more wouldn’t have mattered.

Better then I expected.

Looks wise the quality is amazing. I've dealt with a lot of parts over the years that look cheap. This isn't one of those parts. The machine work and anodizing was flawless.

Install was nice and easy with a little grease on the bushings and a small persuader.

After install. I have a higher tolerance for NVH than most people. Which this has increased by a decent amount. However, I bought the race version because my civic wasn't my daily. Daily died, and I worried I might of screwed myself. After install I was pleasantly surprised that it vibrates in the car about as much as I would of expected from a "street" version. It is really only noticeable on a cold start with a high idle and taking off from a stop till about 2500 rpm then the engine smooths out and it all just fades away. If you can tolerate some buzzing and feeling the vibration I highly recommend the race version. If you can't I'd recommend the street.

Performance. For being such a small part, it has made the car feel more like I want a hot little car to feel. Has made the car feel a lot more direct and connected to the driver. Clutch engagement feels smoother. Can't wait to get on track and see how it helps with launches and hard driving.

10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Wunderladen always a win

Just swapped out my PRL mount for the Wunderladen mount with street bushings. Already can tell the engine pitches less and better driving characteristics. I can feel the mount is doing it's job and haven't noticed any less comfort with it. This was exactly what I was looking for when changing out the PRL mount. Another win for Wunderladen, they only put out winning products and I've got every Wunderladen part that's compatible for the DE5 now.
