The Wunderladen Racing clutch master cylinder is the problem solving solution for your 10th gen Honda Civic! A long while ago we discovered that the factory clutch master cylinder has a damper on it, and when paired with pressure plates that are much heavier than stock the bolts that retain the damper can actually fail and result in immediate loss of clutch function. This led us to develop our own clutch master upgrade!

Our CMC eliminates the factory clutch damper that makes the clutch engagement feel vague and can contribute to high RPM gear lockout issues. It also replaces the factory 3 piece clutch line with a 1 piece braided line which helps improve the clutch pedal feedback and also eliminate 2 potential leak points with the factory clutch line and includes a new OEM line fitting so you won't have to worry about reusing yours and potentially dealing with leaks. Lastly, our CMC is unlike many other upgrades on the market as we machine our own threaded pushrod to maintain the factory pushrod length, whereas many other kits are shorter than the factory unit, which can cause issues such as loss of cruise control and insufficient clutch disengagement.

10th Gen Civic Si - CMC Upgrade

I received the CMC kit to review a little while ago and paired it with a Clutch Masters FX350 clutch kit that I already had installed. I also had deleted the delay valve in the slave cylinder ahead of the CMC kit. My transmission has also been modified with custom gears and carbon synchros for improved shifting. The delay valve delete helped a bit with shifting quicker. The Wunderladen Racing CMC kit help even more with clutch movement and positive feedback on the pedal. I can now tell exactly where the engagement is and can set my pedal location and travel with finer precision. The flex line is a one piece design to reach the slave cylinder without any other fittings. There is some routing that has to be done for the flex line but it's not difficult to do. I installed the grommets into the factory brackets first and then pushed the fitting thru. The pedal force will be the same as before since the CMC bore size is the same. I have had no gear lockout since installing this CMC. As usual, this is another fantastic product from Wunderladen Racing. I highly recommend it for people that want the most out of their car.
